I began my career in Texas litigating property damage, workers compensation, and personal injury cases for a large insurance company, where I tried many successful jury trials to verdict.  I then worked for a small law firm for nine years, where I worked with Don Kaiser and gained experience in complex business and employment law before forming Kaiser ♦ Sacco.  I enjoy helping individuals and small businesses resolve disputes and with employment and human resources issues to help prevent litigation.  I also provide outside general counsel services to businesses and understand the needs of growing companies that want access to solid advice without the big law firm price tag.

I have represented clients in administrative hearings, employment/OSHA/DOL investigations, and injunction proceedings.  I have also obtained temporary restraining orders  for employers against former employees for theft of trade secrets and violation of non-compete agreements.  My firm also helps employers and employees in restrictive covenant cases, employment discrimination matters, and other employment law disputes.

I have also successfully represented clients at the appellate level, both at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Dallas Court of Appeals.
